Questions & answers
How Wizz All You Can Fly works, and how Aloft reads the published route list. The short honest version — with Wizz Air's own pages for the rules that are theirs.
Rules and prices are Wizz Air's and can change — check the official sources below before you rely on a number.
All You Can Fly — the basics
A 12-month membership from Wizz Air Hungary Ltd. that lets members book eligible Wizz Air flights, subject to restrictions and availability. It is Wizz Air's product — Aloft is an independent planner built around its published route list.
Wizz currently lists the membership at 499 EUR per year, plus a flat 9.99 EUR fee per flight segment, charged in the booking currency — conversion may differ from official or interbank exchange rates. Baggage and extras cost more (see below).
Wizz currently states that you can start booking as soon as your All You Can Fly payment succeeds.
It is a 12-month product, and Wizz's current FAQ describes automatic renewal in the general case plus a limited early-withdrawal window under conditions — the details depend on your jurisdiction and on whether the membership was used. Check the current Wizz terms before relying on any of this.
Booking & availability
Wizz currently states that All You Can Fly bookings open 72 hours before scheduled departure and close 3 hours before it. Outside that window, the flight cannot be booked with the membership.
No, and Wizz says so explicitly: seat availability in the normal booking flow does not guarantee All You Can Fly availability. Wizz decides how many membership tickets a flight gets, and may add or remove them. The only source of truth is the All You Can Fly booking site at booking time.
Wizz currently allows up to 3 flight segments per day, and asks members to book only flights they genuinely intend and are able to take — no overlapping flights and no duplicate itineraries.
Wizz currently states that flights booked with All You Can Fly cannot be modified. If a change is needed, a new ticket must be booked under the applicable rules.
One-way. A return trip is two separate one-way bookings — and a bookable outbound does not guarantee a bookable return. That is exactly why Aloft only calls a round trip complete when it can construct both directions.
Baggage & extra costs
Wizz currently includes one personal item up to 40×30×20 cm. Checked bags, cabin bags and priority are paid extras added at booking — the 9.99 EUR segment fee does not cover every travel cost.
Rules worth knowing
Wizz currently states that 2 no-shows during the eligible period allow it to terminate the membership immediately without refund, and may trigger a contractual penalty up to the voucher fee. Book what you will actually fly — and read the current Wizz terms for the exact wording.
Wizz currently states the membership covers its international routes; Italian domestic flights are excluded.
Wizz currently states the membership then continues to the end of the ongoing eligible period, after which it is not automatically renewed.
Using Aloft
Aloft turns the published All You Can Fly route list into something you can actually plan with: destinations organised by city and country, publication history, and possible connections and round trips built from the published pairs.
No. Aloft is an independent travel-planning tool and is not affiliated with Wizz Air. Booking always happens with Wizz.
It means the city pair appears in the public All You Can Fly availability list published for today. It does not mean a guaranteed seat, a guaranteed flight or time, a price, or a confirmed booking — only that the route is on today's published list.
Because the published list names routes, not specific flights or departure times. When Aloft cannot tie a published route to a specific timed flight from the information available to it, it says "time unconfirmed" rather than inventing one.
No. Aloft shows what the published list says and what can be built from it. Whether a specific flight is bookable with the membership is decided by Wizz at booking time — regular availability and membership availability are different things.
The published list changes from morning to morning, and bookable membership inventory changes too. Aloft shows what is published now, and its history feature tells you how often a pair has appeared — but it cannot tell you why a specific route left the list.
Aloft works from the most recent published list, and the status page shows exactly when it was last checked — no freshness claims beyond that timestamp.
Connections & round trips
A combination Aloft builds out of published pairs — a way the network could take you somewhere. When flight data is incomplete, Aloft keeps these clearly separated from trips it can fully construct, and never dresses them as bookable itineraries.
No. These are separate one-way bookings, so a delay on one leg can mean missing the next with no airline protection; check-in, baggage, airport changes and immigration are your own to manage. Leave real margin, and verify each leg independently before booking.
Because it could not construct one from the data available to it. That is a statement about Aloft's information, not about the world: it does not mean no flight home exists. Check the All You Can Fly booking site directly.
Alerts
Pick a route in the search and press "Notify me when it appears". The alert rings when the route appears in a newly published edition after being absent from the previous one — once per edition. It carries only what your Aloft access level already shows: a published-layer member gets the appearance and the publication window; full access may include the flight details visible inside Aloft. In every case, an alert does not guarantee a seat — final availability and booking sit with Wizz Air.
Telegram connects with one Start press: Aloft generates a short-lived link to its bot, you press Start in your own chat, done — a username is never used for delivery. Email works only with your verified address, and from the alerts page you can pause or delete any alert or disconnect Telegram at any time.
Your account, the trial, and support
A free 30-day trial of Aloft Full Access — the level that shows flight details such as times, flight numbers and airports inside the published AYCF data, with alerts carrying the same detail. You request it from your account page; nothing extra is asked beyond the account you already have.
No. Every request is reviewed by Aloft — usually within 24 hours, though that is a typical time, not a promise. The 30 days start only at the moment of activation, never at the moment of the request, and you are emailed either way. One free trial per account.
Your account keeps working exactly as before at the base access level — searches, published routes and your travel log all stay. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. If you would like to continue with Full Access, open a support request and we will talk.
From your account: open a support request, and the whole conversation stays inside Aloft under a reference like ALT-12345. You get an email whenever there is a reply — the email is a notification, the answer itself lives on your support page.
Yes. Your account stores a communication language — Arabic, English or German — and every future email and notification follows it. You can change it any time on your account's Full Access page; the change applies to future messages.
